The best of Las Palmas
Museum Casa de Colón
A History Heritage and a cultural institution located in the historic quarter of Vegueta. It is focused on the history of the Canary Islands and its relations with the Americas.
Plaza de Santa Ana
In the heart of the Vegueta quarter it is the first main square built in the 16th century, next to the Cathedral. Magnificent historic heritage with its 8 bronze sculptures called the Dogs of St. Anne's Square, eight guardians who have become one of the symbols of the city.
Very well known for its concerts and folk festivals.
Hermitage of San Antonio Abad
Located in the neighborhood of Vegueta, in a place that, in its day, was occupied by a military chapel erected. A simple construction with an outstanding historical value, since it was built during the conquest of the island.
Natural emblem space in the municipality of Tejeda, which has become one of the main symbols of the island. It is a rock 80 meters high and of volcanic origin, formerly used as a place of worship. The views it offers from all over the island will make it worthwhile.
Puerto de Mogán
Welcoming and picturesque fishing port in the south that maintains its charm. With spectacular sea views, it is known as the "Venice of the Canary Islands". Its old quarter is full of typical Mediterranean limestone cottages and highly decorated streets.
